While yoga is inherently an individual practice, there is something special about the collective energy of a group class. Experience it for yourself! All group classes contain a healthy balance of consistency and variability. Sequencing is simple, accessible, and effective. Modifications and therapeutic adaptations are provided for everyone to experience the benefits of the practice. Different styles to choose from to suit your needs.
