Tuesdays 5:45pm - 7:00pm
A gentle vinyasa class that links movement with breath. Warm up, and slow down.
Instructed at a pace to facilitate body awareness and develop an understanding of fundamental yoga poses, this will lay the foundation for a healthy, sustainable, well-rounded yoga practice. A feel-good class for every body.
Sundays 6:00pm - 7:00pm
An all-levels vinyasa class that is equal parts invigorating and calming. Rooted in safe alignment and functional movements, this class will create strength, resilience, and awareness, as you harness the power of breath. Introduction to arm balances and inversion
This is a by-donation class (minimum $5) with proceeds towards a chosen local charity/organization.
